Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager,  you’ll serve as the key advisor on best practices in the Talent Acquisition world – from sourcing strategies to employer branding and everything in between. And, probably the most fun, you’ll be an ambassador of our corporate culture, serving as a connector between teams, departments, and people.

Responsibilities:
Managing full life-cycle recruitment, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes;
Providing a consultative approach in developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in the identified time frames;
Writing and placing job advertising in various media; coordinating internal job postings;
Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates;
Managing the company’s internal documentation processes;
Supporting and maintaining the company’s culture by helping to create the best employer brand.
Requirements:
University degree (HR or related field is an advantage);
Strong sourcing and networking skills;
Experience with cold calling and proactive sourcing methodologies, including social networking;
Great interpersonal skills;
Ability to collaborate effectively with others, implementing HR staffing processes, strategies, and programs;
Perfect English skills (verbal and written).

Salary:
1400 - 1800 Eur/Month, Netto.
