Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

Our Swiss Customer a strategy consulting specialist which supports clients to define and implement sustainable long-term growth strategies is looking for a colleague who could join their team working remotely. The position is suitable for both students and experienced specialists willing to support the company in its rapid growth.

Managing and maintaining clients and prospects database;
Preparing and editing of MS PowerPoint slides, reports, summaries;
Giving a helping hand to colleagues when they need it;
Supporting other administration-related projects when necessary.
Great organization and time planning skills;
Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially PowerPoint;
Attention to details;
Perfect English skills (written and spoken);
German language skills – nice to have;
University degree (can be a student).
