About The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely, kind, and accurate answers to customers over emails, chat, and occasionally over the phone.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
responding to customer support inquiries (email only) and give updates on how their orders are processing;
explaining to customers about their specific cases and educating them on the processes;
pro-actively watching out for the best interest of our customers and going the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer experience;
performing some outbound phone calls (about 5 per day);
escalating issues to your team leader or manager;
providing training and assistance to other new team members when needed.
This role is in the exciting area of cryptocurrency, so it is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in this new market, which will become the future of currencies.
Requirements for the job:
at least 1 year of experience working in a business process outsourcing environment, preferably supporting finance or accounts teams;
professional, assertive and efficient communication skills;
excellent written and spoken English;
experience and competencies with communicating to customers from different cultures and backgrounds;
some knowledge on cryptocurrencies;
experience in handling customer escalations on the spot;
ability to multi-task.
