Business Development Executive (Headquarters)

Therefore, we are looking for a motivated, sharp, and professional Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key part in communicating, partnering, and closing deals with C-Level management of well-known Scandinavian companies. Also, you will be searching for emerging markets, analyzing sales trends and innovations.

Your responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets;
Building strong, long-lasting relationships and maintaining them with C-Level executives in Scandinavia and Western European countries;
Generating new sales leads and closing the deals using different channels;
Identifying emerging markets and proposing opportunities to CEO;
Leading a team of sales assistants for lead generation and admin sales tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales at least 2 years (preferably in SaaS industry);
Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization;
Ability to forecast sales, to do market and customer research and identify prospect partnerships;
Capability to manage the full sales cycle;
Advanced interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
Excellent English skills (verbal & written).
Experience in using sales automation tools is an advantage.

Salary:
1200 - 1600 Eur/Month, Netto + Generous performance-based bonus system that enables you to make AT LEAST double your base salary per month.
