Our Story

The limited partnership company UAB “Baltic Virtual Assistants” is breaking international barriers by providing cost reducing employment solutions for businesses worldwide.
Baltic Assist was founded in 2015 when two forward-thinking and business-oriented individuals – Andzej Rynkevic and Per Moller joined forces. Per served as a managing partner of Ernst & Young in Denmark and the Baltics while Andzej gathered his experience in Barclays Technology Centre right here, in the heart of Vilnius. Somewhere along those lines, an idea was born. The concept revolved around offering cost-efficient work and accounting assistance for clients all over the globe.
The catch and most important trait – everything should be done virtually, matching or possibly even exceeding the quality of work which is expected in-house. A couple of years later Baltic Assist can proudly claim that the idea and its realization were successful. The ever-growing list of satisfied clients along with hundreds of thousands (if not millions) saved by reducing labour costs for our partners just proves the point Andzej and Per were trying to make all the way back in 2015.
